Yerba Mate Natura Hierbas Serranas 500 g

A light and pleasant mate with added herbs from the town of Obera in the central part of the province of Misiones, with no additives, produced by SANESA, which also owns other brands - Mathienzo and Costa Norte.

Besides yerba mate, Natura Hierbas Serranas contains a bouquet of herbs: poleo, mint and peppermint. The leaves are cut quite coarsely and there isn't much dust in the blend.

The packaging is worth a look - its simple yet attractive design invites you to try this herbal version from Argentina. It certainly won me over straight away :)

What can we say about the taste of the infusion? The blend is very aromatic, with a pleasant bitterness, no smoky notes, a mouth-drying taste on the tongue and minimal astringency. You can also pick up creaminess, a light sweetness and a sponge-cake note in the infusion. You have to admit that such a combination of flavours makes Natura Hierbas hard to pass by.

For a herbal version, the flavour lasts a long time and lets you enjoy it for several hours An excellent choice for a slower day or a relaxed afternoon.
