Sweeteners

We offer various substitutes for calorie-rich sugar, such as: stevia, maltitol, erythritol or xylitol. They are a great replacement for sugar made from sugar beet. They are much lower in calories, do not cause tooth decay and are obtained from nature. For example, xylitol is obtained from birch bark or from maize.

They help limit calorie intake, which is why we recommend them to people watching their figure or on a diet.

Like classic sugar, they can be used in the kitchen for cooking and making desserts. However, they are not suitable for caramelising.
