Yerba Mate Arai Especial 500 g
The third option from this brand, new to the Polish market, in a selected version. Inside the pack you will find coarsely cut yerba mate leaves, medium cut stems and a minimal amount of dust.
An important piece of information worth mentioning is that, like the other Arai versions available in our shop, it is naturally aged for 24 months.
Fill the vessel and pour in the water. The taste of the infusion can be described as strongly woody, coniferous and astringent on the tongue, as well as multi-layered and complex. That said, it is exceptionally mild in the first infusions and only gains intensity and character with the following ones. In the infusion you will find a light sweetness and interesting flavour notes: nutty, slightly grassy and vegetal.
Arai Especial is a very high-quality mate with intriguingly interwoven flavours that develops beautifully with each infusion. Polite and well-behaved at first, it shows its character and claws over time. In terms of stimulation it is solid, and the leaves are high-yielding: a standard serving of approx. 50 g lets you easily pour through more than 1 l of water.
