Fast and efficient processing
Immediately after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link that requires your confirmation. Once we receive your confirmation, we begin processing the order and keep you updated on our progress.
We process and ship most orders placed by 3:00 PM (Monday through Friday) on the same day. This applies provided the order has been paid for or the "cash on delivery" option has been selected; we then process these orders without delay to ensure they reach you as quickly as possible.
Thanks to this, we have delivered many orders to customers in less than 24 hours from the moment the order was placed!
We also dispatch shipments via InPost on select Saturdays; this applies to orders placed between 3:00 PM on Friday and 8:00 AM on Saturday. During this window, we can pack the items and hand them over to the InPost courier, ensuring they are out for delivery on the next business day (usually Monday).
If you require urgent shipping, please contact us before placing your order to confirm processing and dispatch times. Our store is not open every Saturday, so we may not always be able to dispatch a shipment on a Saturday; in such cases, the shipment would go out after the weekend—on Monday.
Package receipt date = dispatch date + delivery time
The dispatch date depends on product availability and the chosen payment method, while the delivery time depends on the delivery method you select.
Product Availability
Each product listing indicates the timeframe for dispatch—ranging from 24 hours to several, or sometimes even over a dozen days (for hard-to-find items). We make every effort to ensure our website reflects actual stock levels; however, should the actual delivery time be extended, we will notify you immediately.
If you order multiple items, the dispatch time for the entire order is determined by the product with the longest lead time. You may choose to have the order fulfilled in stages—please contact us or include a note in the order comments to arrange this.
Payment Methods
Bank transfer – order processing time depends on when the payment is credited to our account. Depending on the bank, this typically takes up to two business days.
Online payment – instant payment via Shoper Płatności, minimizing order processing time.
Cash on delivery (COD) – payment upon receipt; available only for InPost courier (domestic shipping)
Delivery Methods
InPost courier service – typically delivers orders on the next business day after dispatch. Cash on delivery available.
ORLEN Paczka – delivery within 1–2 business days to a designated pickup point.
InPost Parcel Lockers (Paczkomaty) – delivery within 1–2 business days to a designated pickup point.
International shipping – handled by InPost, GLS, DPD, or FedEx couriers, as well as Poczta Polska (Polish Post).
