Yerba Mate - instant preparation

The only product in our range that meets the requirements of quick, almost express preparation is Pajarito Instant yerba mate. It comes as a soluble powder obtained from Paraguayan holly. To prepare it you really only need two things: boiled water and a mug or cup in which to enjoy the energising drink. The recipe is extremely simple: just put a small amount of powder in a mug, pour boiling water over it and stir well. After a few minutes the drink is ready. It has the strong, bold flavour of classic mate. It also tastes great with honey or milk.

Yerba Mate - instant or classic?

This is quite a tricky question. Remember that the instant version will never fully replace classic mate, the whole ritual and the wide range of flavours we get from properly prepared Paraguayan holly leaves. Nevertheless, this yerba mate is intended above all for people who cannot find even a few minutes during the day for traditional brewing or do not want to buy the necessary accessories. The choice is yours.
