Loyalty program for regular customers of the ymt24.pl online store
We have launched a loyalty program designed to appreciate and reward customers who shop regularly at our store. To participate, simply register on the site and make purchases; these purchases will earn you points. The maximum discount is 18%.
The loyalty program works on a very simple principle:
You earn 1 point for every 2 PLN spent. To qualify for a specific permanent discount on your purchases, you need to accumulate a certain number of points.
Discount rates based on points earned are as follows:
50 pts = 1% discount on the order
100 pts = 2% discount on the order
150 pts = 3% discount on the order
200 pts = 4% discount on the order
250 pts = 5% discount on the order
300 pts = 6% discount on the order
350 pts = 7% discount on the order
400 pts = 8% discount on the order
450 pts = 9% discount on the order
500 pts = 10% discount on the order
550 pts = 11% discount on the order
600 pts = 12% discount on the order
650 pts = 13% discount on the order
700 pts = 14% discount on the order
750 pts = 15% discount on the order
800 pts = 16% discount on the order
850 pts = 17% discount on the order
900 pts = 18% discount on the order
This way, the most active customers have the chance to secure a permanent discount of up to 18% on all available products, excluding those already covered by a promotion.
Discounts earned cannot be combined with other discounts or discount coupons.

Terms and Conditions of the ymt24.pl Online Store Loyalty Program (effective from April 9, 2015)
1. General information about the ymt24.pl online store loyalty program
• The loyalty program offers the opportunity to purchase products at prices lower than the standard prices at the ymt24.pl store.
2. Participation
• Individuals or companies may participate in the loyalty program if they register as customers and make purchases at the ymt24.pl store based on the retail price list.
• Customers registered as companies with an assigned wholesale or individual price list are not eligible to participate in the program.
3. Rules for earning points
• Points are calculated based on the monetary value (PLN) of the order. Upon placing an order, the customer automatically receives a number of points calculated according to the following formula:
X = point value of the order, where 2 PLN = 1 point (e.g., if the order value is 50.55 PLN, the number of points earned is 25). The value X is rounded to the nearest whole number.
• Points are not calculated based on order shipping costs.
• Points are represented as whole numbers.
4. Converting order value into points.
Converting order value into points is used to calculate the points a customer receives when placing an order.
5. Loyalty point statuses
Cancelled points – points that failed verification and were cancelled because the order was not finalized (e.g., non-payment for the order, order cancellation). Points marked with the "cancelled" status are not included when calculating a customer's point balance.
Redeemed points – points that the customer used to pay for ordered products. Redeemed points are automatically accounted for in the customer's point balance at the moment of payment for the order. Points marked with the "redeemed" status are included when calculating a customer's point balance.
6. Point verification
• Point verification is defined as our changing the status of points assigned to a specific transaction to one of the following statuses:
o redeemed (receipt of points),
o cancelled (cancellation of points),
• Changing the point status from "pending" to "credited" or "cancelled" is irreversible. • Points are awarded when the shipment is dispatched (order status = shipped)
o Points are cancelled when:
• The transaction does not take place (e.g., order cancellation)
7. Customer point balance
• The customer point balance is calculated using the following formula:
Customer point balance = sum of points awarded - sum of points cancelled
• The following discounts apply to order payments:
50 pts = 1% order discount
100 pts = 2% order discount
150 pts = 3% order discount
200 pts = 4% order discount
250 pts = 5% order discount
300 pts = 6% order discount
350 pts = 7% order discount
400 pts = 8% order discount
450 pts = 9% order discount
500 pts = 10% order discount
550 pts = 11% order discount
600 pts = 12% order discount
650 pts = 13% order discount
700 pts = 14% order discount
750 pts = 15% order discount
800 pts = 16% order discount
850 pts = 17% order discount
900 pts = 18% order discount
Important information about the loyalty program:
- The selected discount cannot be modified further; it cannot be changed once applied to a specific order.
- Point balances may be adjusted by system administrators in the event of an order cancellation.
- Every registered and logged-in customer receives information regarding their current point balance and available discount options.
- Points are converted exclusively into discount percentages for future orders.
- The maximum order discount under the loyalty program cannot exceed 18%.
- Accumulated points cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The loyalty program cannot be combined with wholesale or individual pricing, promotions, or discount codes.
