Opis produktu

Yerba Mate Pajaro Azul Seleccion Especial 500 g

A classic without additives, straight from the town of Obera in the province of Misiones, Argentina, which may be a little confusing for some, since the brands with similar names known on the Polish market, Pajarito and el Pajaro, come from Paraguay.
Once again there is an animal on the packaging, this time a blue bird - in line with the brand name, which translates literally as just that.
What will we find inside?
A very nice cut: fairly coarsely cut leaves mixed with finer ones, medium-sized twigs and a moderate amount of dust. Definitely one of the more photogenic compositions.
What about the flavour?
More intense than la Tranquera, but less so than Flor de Lis or Primicia. After a few sips it strongly resembles Alhild Yerba mate, which is undoubtedly one of its advantages, as it speaks to its high standard and excellent value for money.
The flavour of the selected Pajaro Azul can be described as rich and complex, with an astringent feel on the tongue, smoky and grassy notes and slightly higher acidity.
It invites further sips and infusions, making it a very good companion during a busy, demanding day. It will provide a solid dose of energy.
We recommend it rather to those already more familiar with the world of yerba mate, as it will not necessarily appeal to everyone at the start of their adventure with the green gold of South America.
