A renowned Brazilian company operating since 1985, whose products for a long time were available only in very limited quantities and versions. Rei Verde produces both Uruguayan-style yerba mate (currently available as the Export line) and chimarrao. Their products are well worth trying, as they are among the absolute best in the yerba world.
In Brazil it operates under the name Ervateira Rei Verde LTDA. The company keeps growing and currently has 4 units producing excellent Yerba mate, three of them located in the state of Rio Grande do Sul and one in the state of Paraná.
