A classic yerba mate without additives, produced in Brazil for the Uruguayan market.
Yerba mate Rei Verde Export Tradicional contains mainly finely ground leaves 2-3 mm in size with a small admixture of Paraguayan holly twigs. Because of this texture, we recommend using a bombilla with a flat filter with many holes, known as a bomba. The pack contains around 50% leaves from wild-grown plants and 50% from more commercial plantations.
Rei Verde mate will delight you with its variety of flavours: a creamy infusion, a slightly smoky taste with a noticeable but not overpowering bitterness and a delicate sweet note in the background. Add grassy and cereal accents, and the result is an excellent Uruguayan-style yerba.
Rei Verde Export lets you enjoy the flavour of the infusion for a long time, as the leaves are very long-lasting.
