Another mate that can be classed as a so-called artisanal product, made on a relatively small scale using traditional methods. It is also worth noting that the Yemari brand is in the hands of descendants of Polish emigrants named Szust, who went to Argentina at the beginning of the 20th century.

Yemari Elaborada con palo comes from the province of Misiones, where after full processing it is aged naturally for 24 months, during which the leaves of Paraguayan holly slowly enrich their flavour and aroma. The whole effect can be seen and smelled right after opening this pack made of biodegradable paper.

After opening the pack you will notice the scent of meadow and campfire smoke, while after brewing you get a deep and complex but not too heavy flavour with a pleasant bitterness, noticeable woody notes and a light sweetness. Like other mates of this type, it is very long-lasting, so you can enjoy the taste of this unique Argentine yerba mate for longer.

Yemari is not very dusty; you could say it is practically dust-free. Inside you will mainly find medium-cut (sometimes smaller) leaves and stems of Paraguayan holly, produced with the utmost care. An excellent choice for fans of new brands and interesting new taste experiences, as well as for those expecting a high-quality product. Yemari won't let them down.
