Yerba Mate Natura Tradicional 500 g
A classic mate with no additives from the town of Obera in the central part of the province of Misiones, produced by SANESA, which also owns other brands - Costa Norte and Mathienzo.
Natura Tradicional contains medium-cut yerba mate leaves and stems and a moderate amount of dust. Anyone can handle it, no matter what stage of their mate journey they are at.
The taste of this mate can be described as fairly mild and light; it certainly won't put anyone off at the start of their yerba mate journey. You will pick up a moderate bitterness, a mouth-drying feel on the tongue and a light sweetness combined with minimal astringency. It is all rounded off by woody, tea-like and nutty notes with a token smoky touch.
In terms of stimulation it is rather gentle - you can safely drink it later in the afternoon without the consequence of a sleepless night.
