Opis produktu
Yerba Mate Sinceridad Suave 500 g
A perfect choice for fans of light, delicate varieties with mild bitterness and a coarse cut.
The Sinceridad Suave package contains mainly large pieces of leaves with an admixture of stems and almost no dust. This is definitely an option for fans of a lightly ground cut - any bombilla will handle it without the slightest problem.
The dry leaves have a mild aroma with noticeable grainy and woody notes; it is not too intense, sharp or heavy. It rather promises a light, mild infusion - and that is exactly what you get.
The infusion is remarkably light, the bitterness and tartness are very subtle and delicate, with no smoky or heavy notes. Grainy and woody notes can be sensed in the background, rounding it all off.
Sinceridad Suave is very moderately stimulating, so you can confidently reach for it even later in the day without worrying about a sleepless night. The leaves have a decent yield and deliver pleasant flavours through a good few hours of mate drinking. If you are looking for milder flavours or want to give someone their first yerba, this is an interesting option!
It is worth mentioning that it is produced by the Monte Carlo agricultural cooperative in Misiones province, Argentina, which has been operating since 1930. So the company can certainly be said to have considerable experience in growing Paraguayan holly. The cooperative also produces other mates, known under the brands Aguantadora and Pampa.
