Opis produktu
Yerba mate Clareando Suave 500 g
The third and final option from the don German company in the Misiones province of Argentina, in a very mild and pleasant version. The pack contains mainly coarsely cut leaves, as well as some more finely ground ones. There are also stems, and practically no dust at all - this is the BCP version, i.e. Bajo contenido de polvo (reduced dust content).
Clareando Suave smells quite delicate and subtle. You can notice a hay-like aroma, slightly woody and gently nutty. The scent clearly signals what kind of yerba mate we are dealing with here.
The infusion has a very light bitterness and low astringency. The flavour is nicely rounded off by grainy and woody notes, with a pleasant sweetness and a drying aftertaste on the tongue. There are no heavy, intense smoky or smoked notes, which makes it an excellent choice for your first yerba, or an option for late afternoon or even evening mate sessions.
Clareando in the Suave version offers a moderate stimulating effect with a quite decent yield. If you like very light yet tasty options with a low energy boost, you should definitely try it.
