Opis produktu
Yerba Mate Rojo Tradicional 1000 g
A classic from the town of Obera in the province of Misiones, Argentina. Produced by Molinos La Misión SA, a company founded by the son of Ukrainian immigrants, Don Juan Eladio Stepaniuk. One of the cornerstones of the Rojo brand is the natural ageing of the yerba mate leaves and stems. The process is not accelerated in any way and for this mate it takes 18 months, which gives it a deeper flavour. Thanks to respecting the natural ageing process, the mate is tastier, and at the same time smoother and less acidic. Apart from the taste, two other things matter: the beautiful aroma and the colour of the leaves are preserved.
When you buy Mate Rojo Tradicional you get a high-quality mate - you could definitely call it a premium product, hard to find in Poland and usually only in small quantities. Inside the pack there are medium-sized leaves and stems with a moderate amount of dust. What characterises this tasty treat? Above all, a beautiful aroma you notice as soon as you open the pack, plus a delicate sweetness in the infusion and a noticeable bitterness that is not too strong or heavy - moderate, you could say - so it can be enjoyed not only by experienced yerba mate lovers but also by those just taking their first steps in the world of yerba mate.
In terms of energy it can be considered solid, comparable to other Argentinian Elaborada-type mates, but what sets it apart from other varieties from that country is its quality and flavour. A rich bouquet, noticeable plant notes and moderate acidity, plus a pleasant bitterness. What more could you want? Be sure to try this mate - available in limited quantities.
