Yerba mate Pampa Organica 500 g
Another product from the Monte Carlo agricultural cooperative in Argentina, which has been growing yerba mate since 1930. This mate, unavailable in Europe for a long time, has finally reached our continent. The pack contains yerba mate leaves and stems aged for 18 months.
Yerba mate Pampa Organica is definitely a choice for demanding drinkers, regardless of price. Its price reflects, among other things, a fairly costly production process. Freshly harvested leaves and stems are first passed over a fire to stop fermentation. They are then dried exclusively with hot air (for 6 to 8 hours), so the final product can be called sin humo, i.e. smoke-free.
The mate itself has a relatively light bitterness and an excellent, multi-layered flavour. It is packed in a reinforced paper bag and then placed in an outer cardboard box. Something for true yerba mate connoisseurs.
Pampa Organica is a very good mate whose quality has been confirmed by three certificates. These are:

- Organico Argentina.
