A strong, energising Argentinian mate containing only finely ground mate leaves. Ideal for lovers of classic and organic yerba mate varieties looking for a solid energy boost. Its flavour can be described as fresh, subtle, creamy and vegetal. It lacks intense bitterness and smoky notes thanks to the way the yerba mate leaves are dried (smokeless method).
Yerba mate Kraus Organic Pure Leaf is produced by a company that promotes organic farming (without plant protection products or artificial fertilisers) and follows fair trade principles (caring for working conditions and safety, not employing children and paying fair wages for the work done).
This mate carries four certificates:
- Fair for Life,
- USDA Organic,
- Bio Siegel (German organic farming certificate)
- European organic food certificate
Like the other Kraus varieties, it is kosher certified.
