Opis produktu
Yerba Mate Tyga Moringa 500 g
Quite an interesting case. At first glance, the black packaging immediately stands out - it catches your eye and practically invites you to take a closer look.
On the pack there is an interesting quote, the words of Hippocrates: "Let food be thy medicine", which immediately gives you food for thought.
The mate is produced in an artisanal way by graduates of the School of Intuition Studies (in Spanish Escuela del Estudio de la Intuición, EDEI for short), whose aim is to support the teaching of values. Sounds interesting
The brand itself was founded by the founder of that school, Carlos Conti.
Yerba mate Tyga is mainly yerba mate with added Indian moringa (1.8%). Moringa is an extremely interesting plant with many health-promoting properties; it is rich in minerals, vitamins and antioxidants and is certainly worth attention.
When you open the pack, you will see nicely coarse and medium-cut leaves, a small admixture of stems and a minimal amount of dust. The aroma of the blend can be described as pleasant, fresh and woody with a light smoky note.
Once the leaves are infused, the taste is fairly mild at first, the bitterness very moderate, with a noticeable note of moringa in the background. The infusion itself has quite a lot of acidity and over time gains astringency and intensity. The smoky notes present in the aroma can to some extent also be tasted, but it is almost a final "touch" of smokiness that very pleasantly rounds off the whole flavour of the Tyga blend.
As for yield, it is very good - the mate holds its flavour and qualities for a long time. In terms of energy it is among the moderately stimulating ones, but with this mate the flavour is what matters most.
