Opis produktu
Yerba Mate Tres Generaciones Terere Canchada 500 g
The second brand from the province of Misiones in the portfolio of Harry Omar Burger. The brand has been around since 1933 and, as its name suggests, it brings together three generations of yerba work and know-how through almost 100 years of experience.
Tres Generaciones Terere is a classic yerba without additives, dried using the traditional Barbacua method, which gives it its character in both aroma and flavour. Add natural ageing, and the result is an above-average yerba for lovers of strong, distinctive flavours from Argentina. This particular version differs from the traditional one in its cut. The word Canchada means that the pack contains very coarsely cut leaves and stems, in a cut designed for terere, i.e. cold-brewed yerba mate.
The dry leaf has a relatively light but rich aroma, with woody, grainy-nutty, tea-like and hay-like notes. It promises to be a light but very pleasant yerba.
The infusion releases its flavour rather slowly in the first pours and stays fairly mild, even delicate, after several refills. Over time, however, it gains strength: the bitterness and astringency become more pronounced, but never excessive. The infusion offers many interesting nuances: tea-like, woody and grainy-nutty notes, a light creaminess and a gently smoky aftertaste. Later on you will also notice hay-like, grassy and nettle notes.
In terms of energy it does well - just right for a few hours of mate drinking with a very tasty yerba. It will give you a good dose of energy and improve focus and concentration.
It can be prepared both hot and cold, with ice cubes or fresh herbs. The choice is yours!
