Yerba Mate Selecta Apricot 500 g
An interesting option for fans of flavoured varieties. It contains medium-sized leaves with an admixture of stems and a moderate amount of dust. This version from Selecta is completed by an apricot flavouring that is not overly intense, so it doesn't overpower the taste of Paraguayan holly but complements it and adds variety in an interesting way.
We especially recommend Selecta Apricot cold as terere, ideally with ice cubes, and to boost the fruity taste you can also use juice instead of water. There is nothing to stop you from drinking it hot, though.
The infusion is not overly bitter, smoky or heavy, so it can be confidently recommended both to beginner yerba mate fans and to those already more familiar with the rich world of South America's green gold.
