A strongly herbal and aromatic Paraguayan mate with a rich composition. Its mildness and complexity of flavour will surprise many a lover of the divine herb from South America
Yerba Mate Indega Siempre Vive is quite an unusual blend, as the herbal mix comes through quite strongly. The yerba bitterness goes perfectly with the herbal flavour, based on corn mint, moringa, anise and rosemary. The herbal bouquet also includes globe amaranth, which has less effect on the taste but looks stunning once poured into the matero (mate gourd), giving the leaves an exceptional appearance.
The blend of course contains yerba mate leaves and stems and a moderate amount of dust. It has a wonderful herbal, fresh aroma that tempts you to pour water over the leaves right away.
Indega Siempre Vive is good not only hot but also excellent as refreshing terere on hot summer days. The added herbs significantly soften the bitterness, so this mate is just as suitable for those starting their yerba mate journey as for those who already know their way around the world of yerba mate.
