Yerba mate Amos Pura Tradicional 500 g
Another brand that approaches the subject with great respect for the environment and care for future generations. This time from the province of Cordoba, rather than, as usual, Misiones. Their eco-friendly approach means that the yerba mate we receive is made with extraordinary care, which is reflected in the taste and quality of the final product.
Mate Amos Pura consists mainly of coarsely cut leaves with a small admixture of stems and almost no dust. The leaf looks extremely elegant and catches the eye with its beautiful cut. The aroma coming from the pack is pleasant, slightly hay-like, cereal (wheaty), delicately nutty and woody.
From the first sip there is a moderate, not overly intense bitterness, a puckering aftertaste on the tongue and interesting cereal and nutty notes. Overall it is a fairly light but flavour-rich option that holds its taste for a long time and bravely withstands subsequent refills. Over time the infusion gains a little strength and a light sweetness appears, which perfectly rounds it all off.
In terms of energy it is moderately stimulating and, being highly long-lasting, will give you energy for many hours. An ideal option for lovers of niche Argentinian plantations.
