Amanda yerba mate has a Polish connection - the Amanda company from the province of Misiones was founded by the Szychowski family (more precisely by Jan Szychowski, a Polish immigrant) at the beginning of the 20th century. The La Cachuera factory, still operating today, is one of the leading ones and can boast the high quality of its products.
