Opis produktu
Wooden mate gourd Imbuia Yacuy Amarelo 190-230 ml
One of the most durable yerba mate gourds - Imbuia, also known as Brazilian walnut (Lat. Ocotea porosa). The gourd looks extremely impressive, but what is worth adding is that above all it is durable and easy to use every day.
Thanks to its shape, the gourd is perfect for preparing Brazilian chimarrao, but nothing stops you from preparing any favourite kind of yerba mate in it. It does not have to be only the Brazilian green gold.
Imbuia in this version comes in a shade of yellow; the inside of the gourd has been properly sanded, and the outside has been coated with colourless paint and protected so that it lasts longer. The gourd features the burnt-in logo of the Yacuy brand and is also available in yellow and dark shades.
The gourd should be used in the same way as a Palo santo one: in the evening, or once a given serving has been completely washed out, empty it of the yerba and then rinse it gently under running water. The inside of the gourd can be gently wiped with a paper towel to remove excess water and moisture. The last step is to leave the gourd (opening facing up) in any dry place away from direct sunlight with some air circulation. This way the gourd will dry by itself within a few hours and will be ready to use the next day.
Imbuia Yacuy Amarelo is a gourd whose looks will delight many a yerba mate lover - it won us over at first sight.
Gourds may differ from one another in the shade of the wood and capacity.
