Termolar R-Evolution Gama pressure thermos 1.9 l with INOX pump
One of the best pressure thermoses, designed for Brazilian chimarrao. Made by Termolar, a renowned brand on the market since 1958. Its size is undoubtedly impressive at first glance. High build quality, large capacity, above-average insulation (heat retention) and reliability are its hallmarks.
The thermos can be used for both hot and cold water. With hot water it keeps an optimal temperature for up to 20 hours, and with cold water for up to 36 hours. This makes it extremely versatile and suitable for use all year round: for hot drinking, mainly chimarrao, and for ice-cold terere in summer.
Termolar thermos has a stainless steel body in a neutral steel colour and a handle that makes it easier to carry. Inside there is also a stainless steel liner that keeps the water at the right temperature excellently.
A big, if not the biggest, advantage apart from its reliability is the high pressure of the water coming out of the thermos when you press the button. In addition, the water is poured at an angle, which is especially welcome with chimarrao and ensures better extraction of Brazilian green gold. It also has a lock button, so you will not accidentally make a mess around you ;)
Termolar R-Evolution 1.9 l thermos has a high-quality INOX stainless steel liner and a pressure system, so you can easily pour water over the leaf by placing the matero under the spout and pressing the button on top of the thermos. The thermos is intended for stationary use, but nothing stops you from taking it elsewhere, as it has a special handle so you can take it anywhere. Unlike the larger version, the bottom is closed off with a plastic base.
Also available in a larger 2.5 l version.
It is not recommended to store the thermos with liquid in any position other than upright, as this may cause water to leak uncontrollably.
