Stainless steel bombilla (bomba) Yacuy Grande 22.5 cm
A high-quality stainless steel bombilla, 22.5 cm long, with a flat filter with small holes that filter even very finely ground varieties of Paraguayan holly very well. A simple, uncomplicated design with the visible Yacuy logo. The bombilla works perfectly with Brazilian Chimarrao, which other types of filter cannot handle, as well as with finely cut Uruguayan or Paraguayan-style mate. Due to its size, it is recommended for vessels with a capacity of more than 250 ml or at least 13 cm tall. It goes very well with tall gourds, porongos or cuias.
Bombilla Yacuy Grande is a proper bombilla, or rather a bomba, and undoubtedly a purchase for years that will make everyday mate drinking easier, even with the most finely ground yerba mate varieties.
Bomba Grande like any newly purchased bombilla, needs to be washed thoroughly under warm running water with a little detergent before first use. It also won't hurt to pour boiling water over it.
