Opis produktu

Green tea Lu Cha Yunnan 100 g

Green tea is valued for its unique flavour and aroma as well as its properties, which vary depending on how the green tea leaves are brewed.

Lu Cha Yunnan green tea has long leaves, a mild flavour and a strongly noticeable aroma.

Green tea is produced by picking fresh leaves, which are then dried and heated. This prevents fermentation.

The infusion takes on a straw colour, much lighter than that of black tea. With every cup, green tea wins us over with its flavour and its remarkable health properties.

Green tea - properties:

  • rich in vitamins B, E and C, tannins and mineral salts,
  • speeds up the elimination of toxins from the body,
  • inhibits the growth of bacteria in the human digestive system,
  • strengthens blood vessels and helps prevent blood clots,
  • lowers blood pressure,
  • supports weight loss - removes unnecessary metabolic products and speeds up metabolism.

How to brew Lu Cha Yunnan tea

  1. Put 1 teaspoon of tea into a cup/strainer/infuser.
  2. Pour water (max. 200 ml) at a temperature of 60-75 degrees Celsius.
  3. Brew covered for about 1.5-2.5 minutes.
  4. Then separate the leaves from the infusion.

The tea should be brewed 3 times at a temperature of about 60-70 degrees Celsius. The second brew should be shorter than the first. After brewing, remove the leaves, otherwise the tea will be very bitter and lose its aroma.

With each subsequent brew, green tea gives a different flavour and properties. The first brew has a delicate aroma and a stimulating effect. The second brew has a more intense aroma, a better flavour and a relaxing effect.

The easiest way to get the right temperature is to buy a thermometer, so you know exactly how hot the water is. Another method is to leave the water in a mug/cup for about 12-14 minutes, by which time it should reach 70 degrees Celsius.
