Erva Mate Reolon Terere Ice Blue 500 g
A brand-new brand in our range, in a series designed for terere, straight from Brazil - the Reolon brand. A refreshing erva mate with a strong mint flavour, meant to be drunk cold. It consists of medium-sized leaves with a good share of stems and a small amount of dust. A typical terere cut with fairly vivid green leaves.
Erva mate Reolon Ice Blue is an interesting option to try cold with ice cubes. We recommend using water as cold as possible for maximum refreshment. When you open it, an intense mint scent hits you. It has a stronger flavour and more refreshing effect than, for example, the Menta version.
This blend is undoubtedly one of the more interesting options for cold preparation thanks to its strongly minty, refreshing aftertaste, which gradually grows stronger with each refill. The flavouring is not overly heavy and does not overpower the taste of the yerba; it goes well with the grassy notes and slight bitterness. It tastes excellent with ice cubes, and you can also try preparing it with juice instead of water - the result can be just as good.
In terms of yield it performs solidly: the blend holds up to refill after refill for a long time, providing a good energy boost for several hours of mate drinking.
Reolon Ice Blue is an interesting choice for hot summer days with well-chilled water or fruit juice, fresh herbs or ice cubes. It is also a good option for those just starting their adventure with yerba mate who are wary of overly intense mate and pronounced bitterness.
