Opis produktu
Erva Mate Parana Roasted Cocido 25 x 1.5 g - Peach
An unusual option in tea bag form from the Brazilian brand Erva Mate Parana. What makes it unusual? Above all, most yerba mate tea bags are traditional or flavoured versions, whereas this one is a roasted version. As a result, the taste of the infusion is completely different.
This particular version comes with 25 tea bags of 1.5 g each. Of course, given the size of the tea bag and the amount of leaves, this form will be much milder than traditionally prepared mate. Still, considering the amount of leaves, the infusion is rich and you can taste interesting notes typical of tostado, i.e. nuts, nougat and dark chocolate. Unlike the traditional version, a peach flavour also comes through, nicely complementing the taste of the roasted erva without dominating it.
Preparation is extremely simple: put one or two tea bags into a cup, pour over water at about 70-80 degrees and leave to brew for up to 10 minutes. After that, remove the tea bag from the cup. After the first cup you can try one more refill, but the taste will be very mild ;)
Erva Mate Parana Cocido Peach is an interesting option to offer guests who have not yet had the chance to try Paraguayan holly, or for travelling when you do not have a gourd and bombilla with you.
