Erva Mate Barao De Cotegipe Chimarrao Tradicional 500 g Vacuum
A strong and energising yerba mate (erva mate) straight from Brazil, made of intensely green, traditional Brazilian erva mate.
Erva mate Barao consists of very finely ground leaves and stems of Paraguayan holly with a deep, intense green colour. The contents are vacuum-packed, so the mate keeps its valuable aroma and properties until opened, regardless of storage conditions.
Barao De Tradicional is a yerba mate that can only be prepared the Brazilian way, i.e. using the chimarrao method: pour the dry leaves into a large gourd on one side and fill the empty space on the other side with previously cooled water. Wait for the mate to soak up the water, then place a bombilla with a large, flat filter in the gourd, pushing the mate to one side so that it rests with its filter against the leaves, forming a so-called mound. Top up with water. It can be refilled many times, until the flavour is completely washed out and the aroma is gone.
Erva mate Barao is a demanding yerba mate that will appeal mainly to experienced mate drinkers because of the way it is prepared. Still, it is worth spending a little more time on it, as it delivers an exceptional taste experience and a solid, long-lasting boost of energy. We therefore recommend it to mate drinkers with more experience and to anyone looking for new flavours.
