A high-quality stainless steel bombilla from Brazil by Bortonaggio that can handle any type of yerba mate, including the most finely ground Paraguayan varieties and Brazilian chimarrao.
What sets it apart from other bombillas, or rather the bombas for chimarrao available on the market? First and foremost, the filter itself, which consists of a thousand tiny holes that guarantee unrivalled filtration of the infusion. The filter is threaded, so it unscrews easily, which makes everyday use and regular cleaning of the bombilla considerably easier.
Bombilla "Espiral" 100 Furos has a gentle curve and an interesting design with visible "dense" ribbing along the tube; add to that a thickened mouthpiece, and the result is a carefully handmade, high-quality bombilla that is undoubtedly worth its price.
We used the 1000 Furos filter many times before adding it to our range, so we can recommend it to you with full confidence. Bortonaggio clearly knows its craft and has made an exceptionally successful product.
Due to its length, we recommend it for vessels with a capacity of 250 ml or more and/or a height of at least 13 cm.
Before first use, we recommend cleaning it thoroughly under running water with a little detergent, both on the outside and on the inside. The bamboo vessel shown in the photo is not included; it only serves as a stand for the bombilla :)
