Bio Yerba Mate Yerbee Paraguay 500 g
A classic organic Paraguayan yerba mate without additives, with a remarkably distinct flavour and effect, produced for the Yerbee brand. It comes in a sealed resealable doypack with a zip closure, so it retains its intense aroma and bold flavour for longer.
Inside the pack you will find fairly finely ground leaves with medium-sized stems and a moderate amount of dust. The aroma of the dry leaf is extremely intense and distinct. It is quite smoky, smoked, grainy-nutty and woody, relatively low-pitched and heavy. It will certainly appeal to fans of extractive yerbas from Paraguay that do not stand on ceremony ;)
From the first pour the infusion is bold, smoky, strongly bitter, astringent and slightly smoked. In the background you will also find earthy and woody notes. In taste it is somewhat reminiscent of La Rubia, Puntero or el Legendario, which are all very successful Paraguayan yerbas.
Yerbee Paraguay is a very long-lasting and energising Paraguayan-style yerba. It guarantees many hours of top-level mate drinking, and you can be sure it will keep you going all day.
