Bamboo set Bortonaggio: matero + bombilla
A natural set of yerba mate accessories made of bamboo. The perfect choice for lovers of completely natural products that have almost no effect on the taste of the infusion.
The bamboo matero (mate gourd) is intended only for preparing cold yerba mate, i.e. terere, because with the classic (hot) preparation it may unfortunately crack. Using it is very simple: just empty it at the end of the day, rinse it with water and leave it to dry in a well-ventilated place with the opening facing up.
The bamboo bombilla itself is slightly curved, which makes it easier to sip from than completely straight versions. It has long slits that allow it to filter the infusion. It is best suited to medium and coarsely cut varieties; with more finely ground ones it may unfortunately clog.
