Looking for an infusion that will help you relax and enjoy restful sleep? The Ayurvedic tea in the Bedtime Rooibos Vanilla version is an excellent choice for a light and pleasant infusion before bed that soothes the nerves and makes it easier to fall asleep.

The base of the blend is Rooibos, and chamomile and vanilla also play a big role, complementing each other to give a slightly spicy flavour with gentle sweetness.

Ayurvedic Tea Bedtime Rooibos Vanilla YogiTea offers an interesting taste experience and will certainly encourage you to explore other flavours from this brand, of which there are really many. You can sweeten the infusion slightly, e.g. with honey, or add milk or a plant-based drink.

The YogiTea brand supports the Kumari social project, which aims to help orphaned children, mainly girls, from Nepal. Preparation:

Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 tea bag, brew for 5-6 minutes, let it cool slightly and enjoy the tasty infusion.

Ingredients: Rooibos* (34%), chamomile flowers* (33%), cocoa husks* (10%), liquorice*, vanilla extract* (3%), cinnamon*, cardamom*, lemon balm extract*, nutmeg*, ginger*, cloves*, black pepper*.
