Treat yourself to a moment of relaxation with an aromatic infusion. The Ayurvedic tea in the Bright Mood version is a good idea for a warming tea in which spices, mainly cinnamon, have a lot to say, along with hops and orange peel.

The infusion is slightly astringent and spicy, with a fruity note and delicate sweetness. A very successful composition for work breaks or a moment of relaxation after work, it will put a smile on your face and bring a little calm to body and soul.

Ayurvedic Tea "Bright Mood" YogiTea offers an interesting taste experience and will certainly encourage you to explore other flavours from this brand, of which there are really many. You can sweeten the infusion slightly, e.g. with honey, or add milk or a plant-based drink.

The YogiTea brand supports the Kumari social project, which aims to help orphaned children, mainly girls, from Nepal. Preparation:

Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 tea bag, brew for 5-7 minutes, let it cool slightly and enjoy the tasty infusion.
