Ayurvedic tea "Breathe Deep" YogiTea Organic 17x1.8 g

A blend that lets you breathe deeply thanks to the aromatic herbs and spices in the tea. The Ayurvedic tea in the Breathe Deep version refreshes body and mind, mainly thanks to eucalyptus, basil and thyme.

The manufacturer recommends the blend to everyone who practises or wants to practise yoga, where proper breathing is one of the key elements of the exercises. The infusion has an intense aroma and flavour, and you immediately feel that you can breathe more deeply. It will also be useful during the autumn and winter season of colds and infections.

Ayurvedic Tea "Breathe Deep" YogiTea offers an interesting taste experience and will certainly encourage you to explore other flavours from this brand, of which there are really many. It is also caffeine-free, so you can brew it at any time of day. You can sweeten the infusion slightly, e.g. with honey, or add milk or a plant-based drink.

The YogiTea brand supports the Kumari social project, which aims to help orphaned children, mainly girls, from Nepal. Preparation:

Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 tea bag, brew for 6-7 minutes, let it cool slightly and enjoy the tasty infusion.

Ingredients: eucalyptus* (26%), liquorice*, ginger*, basil* (6%), cardamom*, cinnamon*, mullein*, alfalfa*, fennel*, thyme* (3%), elecampane*, vanilla extract*, cloves*, black pepper*, vanilla seeds*.
