Yerba mate Taragui sin palo Despalada 1000 g
One of the bestsellers in our shop from a renowned and well-known Argentinian brand, Taragui, owned by Las Marias. From now on, the sin palo (stemless) version is also available in an economical 1000 g pack.
Until now it was only available in a smaller pack, like most yerbas, i.e. 500 g. Fans of this Argentinian classic will certainly be pleased.
As always, the pack contains medium-sized leaves of Paraguayan holly without stems (hence the words "sin palo" on the pack) and a small amount of dust.
Taragui sin palo Despalada is a strong and bold choice from Argentina. It has fairly intense bitterness and astringency, grainy-nutty and tea notes, and a light sweetness (creaminess). You won't find smoky or heavy flavours in the infusion, which will certainly appeal to lovers of the Argentinian style.
The yerba itself is very long-lasting and guarantees hours of high-quality mate drinking, delivering an above-average energy boost.
Due to the intensity of the infusion, we recommend it rather to those who already have their first encounter with yerba behind them. If yerba bitterness doesn't scare you, go ahead and reach for it, savour the flavour and feel its power, straight from the province of Corrientes.
