Opis produktu
Yerba Mate Rosamonte Tradicional 250 g
One of the most recognisable Argentinian yerba mate brands in the world, with a rose on its label.
Available in a small 250 g pack, ideal for trying and getting to know the brand if you haven't had the pleasure yet, or, for example, when you want to encourage someone to explore the rich world of Paraguayan holly.
Rosamonte Tradicional, as befits an Argentinian yerba, is cut fairly coarsely: medium-sized leaves with some stems and a moderate amount of dust. Whatever your experience with yerba mate, you will prepare it without the slightest problem.
When you open the pack, a relatively mild aroma hits the nose, dominated by woody, grainy-nutty and malty notes. There are no heavier or smoky notes in the aroma of the dried leaves.
The first refills are fairly light and mild; only over time does the infusion gain strength. Still, at every stage of drinking it is fair to say it is not excessively strong, bitter or heavy. The infusion is dominated by grainy-nutty, woody and hay-like notes and a specific creaminess (sweetness) characteristic of the Rosamonte brand. Bitterness and astringency are moderate, while smoky notes or deeper flavours are practically imperceptible.
It is worth mentioning that there is currently no confirmed information that Rosamonte leaves are aged with rosewood. This can now be considered a myth.
All in all, Rosamonte Tradicional is a good option to start your yerba mate adventure, as it never disappoints and delivers a good energy boost for several hours of enjoyable mate drinking.
