Opis produktu
Erva mate Ximango Chimarrao Moida Grossa 500 g Vacuum
One of the new brands that appeared on the European market in 2021. Ximango Moida Grossa is a finely ground Brazilian chimarrao in a version with an addition of more coarsely cut stems and leaves, which should make filtering easier. It is hermetically packed to preserve its beautiful colour and aroma.
Ximango Moida Grossa is a fairly mild and delicate chimarrao, one of the most demanding to prepare because the leaves are ground so finely that their texture is somewhat like flour. Here too you will need a bombilla with a flat, round filter, the so-called bomba. Brazilian stainless steel INOX bombas work best for this. Brazilians, of all people, know how chimarrao should be drunk.
The leaves are deep green thanks to vacuum packing, i.e. removing the air from the pack. This way it keeps not only its beautiful colour, but also a more intense aroma.
Ximango in the Moida Grossa version offers mild bitterness, grassy notes and nettle-and-tea notes. It is definitely one of the milder varieties of this type we have tested. That is why we recommend it mainly to those just getting to know Brazil's green gold.
The infusion provides a moderate dose of energy, but the leaves are extremely long-lasting and guarantee hours of enjoying a tasty, mild chimarrao. Have you not tried this brand yet? Then it is worth changing that.
