A new brand in our range, belonging to Cultyvada, a chimarrao company from the state of Rio Grande do Sul. This version contains leaves recommended for true gauchos. Could there be a better reason to try it?
Marsango is a brand that has never been available in Poland before, so we are happy to be able to share it with you.
Inside the pack you will find yerba from wild plantations: finely ground leaves with an addition of more coarsely cut stems. Because of this, it is a good idea to mix the contents of the pack from time to time. Please remember that this version is not vacuum-packed (no vacuum), so we encourage you to buy it when it is at its freshest. Over time its flavour will change and mature, moving more towards Uruguayan-style yerbas.
Marsango Chimarrão Nativa is a yerba mate that can be prepared in several ways; one of the classic methods is as follows: pour the yerba to one side of a large gourd, then fill the empty space on the other side with previously cooled water. Wait until the mate soaks up the water, then insert a bombilla with a large, round, flat filter (bomba), pushing the mate to one side so that the filter rests against the leaves, forming a so-called mound. Top up with water. It can be refilled many times, until the flavour is completely washed out and the aroma is gone.
To prepare it properly, a bombilla with a flat filter with lots of small holes, called a bomba, is essential.
