Erva Mate Elacy Composto com chas (with herbs) Chimarrao 500 g Vacuum
A strongly herbal and refreshing yerba mate straight from Brazil from a respected brand, Elacy, which we had not stocked until now. It contains finely ground Paraguayan holly leaves, medium-sized stems and herbs: two kinds of anise, chamomile, lemongrass and fennel. Chimarrao is most popular in southern Brazil.
Erva mate Elacy Composto com chas consists mainly of very finely ground, deep green leaves with an intense colour. Thanks to vacuum packing, it will keep its beautiful colour, fresh flavour and aroma for longer. This version is an excellent choice for fans of blends with additives who have grown tired of traditional chimarrao without additives.
Elacy Chimarrao is a yerba mate that can only be prepared the Brazilian way, i.e. using the chimarrao method: pour the yerba into a large vessel on one side, then fill the empty space on the other side with previously cooled water. Wait until the mate soaks up the water, then place a bombilla with a large, flat filter in the vessel, pushing the mate to one side so that it rests against the filter, forming the so-called mound. Top up with water. It can be refilled many times until the flavour is completely washed out and the aroma is gone.
