Barao Cha Misto Limao e Gengibre com Sabor mel 13 g (sachets)
A new series in our shop from Barao, this time a fruity ginger option in easy-to-prepare sachets. It contains lemon, apple, ginger and lime and mint flavourings. The blend is caffeine-free, making it an interesting choice for a warming infusion, even later in the day.
The infusion is strongly citrusy, gingery and slightly honeyed, and the additions are quite clearly noticeable. You can also add the contents, for example, to a previously prepared chimarrao, sprinkled on top of the mound or straight onto the bottom of the gourd. This way you can enrich the look and taste of your chimarrao or any yerba you prepare.
The preparation suggested by the manufacturer is extremely simple: put one or two sachets in a cup, pour over water at about 90-100 degrees and leave to brew for up to 10 minutes. Then remove the sachet from the cup. You can sweeten it if you like, but in our opinion there is no need.
Barao Cha Misto "Limao e Gengibre" is a good choice for chilly autumn and winter evenings, after a meal and when you have a cold.
