An interesting choice for autumn and winter, when upper respiratory tract infections are quite common. The Throat Comfort Ayurvedic tea is based on aromatic herbs and spices such as liquorice, fennel, cinnamon, orange peel, ginger, thyme, mullein, cardamom, black pepper, cloves, turmeric, and lemon and orange oils.

Prepared as a tea, this blend of herbs and spices will have a positive effect on your throat and soothe pain. The infusion itself is soothing and calming, and contains no caffeine. Its taste can be described as refreshing, slightly spicy, sweetish and orangey, with an interesting background from the aromatic spices.

Ayurvedic Tea "Throat Comfort" by YogiTea can also be used preventively by people who spend many hours talking every day and want to avoid hoarseness or a sore throat when they feel the first signs.

Preparation:

Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 tea bag, steep for 5-6 minutes, let it cool slightly and enjoy the delicious infusion.
