We all need a moment for ourselves to unwind and relax after a hard day. The Inner Harmony Ayurvedic tea is based on aromatic herbs and spices such as lemon balm, rooibos, liquorice, cocoa husks, basil, peppermint, chamomile, rosemary, black pepper, fennel and lavender.
The result of this combination is a relaxing infusion with a tea-like, herbal flavour, a light sweetness, a hint of mint and a slightly oriental aftertaste thanks to the spices.

Preparation:
Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 tea bag, steep for 5 minutes, let it cool slightly and enjoy the delicious infusion.
Ingredients: lemon balm*(46%), rooibos*(15%), liquorice*, cinnamon*(6%), cocoa husks*, basil*, peppermint*, chamomile flower*, rosemary*, black pepper*, fennel*, lavender flower*.
