The Natural Wellbeing Ayurvedic tea has a rich composition that includes hibiscus, liquorice, beetroot, ginger, peppermint and spearmint, sea buckthorn, turmeric, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and mandarin, orange, lemon and ginger oils.

Preparation:

Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 tea bag, steep for 6-7 minutes, let it cool slightly and enjoy the delicious infusion.
