An aromatic blend of herbs and spices with a fruity background. The Ashwagandha Balance Ayurvedic tea is based on dried acerola juice and rosehip. It has also been enriched with additions such as lemongrass, peppermint, liquorice, hibiscus, ashwagandha, apple, passionflower, lemon balm, aronia berry, cinnamon, orange peel, beetroot, sweet blackberry leaves, and orange and lemon oils.
The result of this combination is a relaxing infusion that nicely combines fruity (citrus) flavours with herbs and spices. It will help soothe your nerves, improve concentration, and let you unwind and relax.

Preparation:
Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 tea bag, steep for 5 minutes, let it cool slightly and enjoy the delicious infusion.
