Yerba mate Yacuy Terere Red Fruits Vacuum 500 g
A strongly fruity mate, an interesting option both for drinking the classic way - hot - and, on hot summer days, as a refreshing terere with ice cubes (cold mate). Prepared the classic way, the flavour is more intense than when prepared cold. When pouring hot water the classic way, it is recommended to use water at a slightly lower temperature, i.e. between 65 and 75 degrees Celsius.
Apart from coarsely cut leaves, pieces of twigs and a small amount of dust, this aromatic mate contains dried fruit: apple, blueberries, strawberries and blackberries, as well as star anise and flavouring. The fruity notes come to the fore, adding sweetness to the infusion, while the anise plays a rather symbolic role, deep in the background.
