Yerba mate Cachamate Coco (coconut) 500 g

One of the newest products from the Cachamai (Cachamate) brand, with its characteristic little donkey in the logo. This time it is a coconut-flavoured Argentinian yerba. Something for lovers of unusual varieties in which the traditional taste is enriched with an interesting aroma.
The addition of grated coconut makes the infusion a touch sweeter, while at the same time lowering its acidity.
Cachamate Coco contains Paraguayan holly leaves and stems with grated coconut, poleo and natural coconut flavouring, which promises an ideal option for a refreshing terere. You can also go a step further and make a yerba pina colada by pouring pineapple juice over the leaf - fortune favours the bold! ;)
Cachamate Coco has a beautiful coconut aroma that catches your attention and stays in your head for a long time - on delivery day I smelled it while unpacking a pallet of goodies. There was no way around it: in the evening I had to prepare a small serving, and I did not regret it!
When drinking it cold, wait at least 10-15 minutes for the flavour of the infusion to become more noticeable. The taste of the infusion can be described as pleasant and refreshing: slightly sweet, with a strongly noticeable coconut flavour and a mint-and-tea note thanks to the poleo. The bitterness and astringency are mild, and the leaf itself can be an ideal base for interesting yerba experiments, e.g. with coconut water, a coconut drink or the pineapple juice mentioned earlier.
The Cachamate brand is known for its wide choice of herbal versions of Paraguayan holly - in its broad range everyone will find something for themselves.
