Uruguayan-style yerba mate - produced in Brazil
A brand-new arrival on the Polish yerba mate market with a very good reputation. The pack contains relatively finely cut yerba mate leaves with a minimal amount of stems and a moderate amount of dust.
An unusual combination of the best features of mate from other countries
Uruguayan-style varieties, i.e. those produced in Brazil and aimed mainly at the Uruguayan market, are definitely unusual choices, as they combine the features of varieties from other countries. In the prepared infusion you will find the light sweetness and creaminess typical of Brazilian erva mate, the pleasant bitterness typical of Argentinian varieties, and the intensity of flavour and energy boost found in Paraguayan mate.
Baldo Tradicional guarantees high intensity and lets you enjoy the taste and effect of the infusion for a long time. Interestingly, the producer suggests making the first infusion with cooler water (approx. 52°C) and the following ones with hotter water, approx. 75°C. It is also interesting that they suggest literally spitting out the first two infusions :)
Yerba mate Baldo Tradicional is among the very best Uruguayan-style varieties. If you like other Uruguayan-style ervas, such as del Cebador, Rei Verde or Sara, it will surely suit your taste.
