Yerba mate Amanda Cocido Tradicional 25 x 3 g
A classic option in tea bag form from the Amanda brand, which has a Polish connection. Amanda yerba mate, from the province of Misiones, was founded by the Szychowski family (specifically Jan Szychowski, a Polish immigrant) at the beginning of the 20th century. The La Cauchera factory, still operating today, is one of the leading ones and can boast of the high quality of its products.
This particular version comes with 25 tea bags of 3 g each. In terms of intensity and effect, it will be much gentler than traditionally prepared mate, but it is an option for different occasions. Mild bitterness and astringency can be noticed.
Preparation is extremely simple: put one or two tea bags into a cup, pour over water at about 70-80 degrees and leave to brew for up to 10 minutes. After that, remove the tea bag from the cup. After the first cup you can try one more refill, but the taste will be very mild ;)
Each tea bag is individually wrapped, so it does not lose its aroma.
Amanda Cocido Tradicional is an interesting option to offer guests who have not yet had the chance to try Paraguayan holly, or for travelling when you do not have a gourd and bombilla with you.
