White mulberry cut leaves 200/500 g Kol-Pol
White mulberry (Morus alba) is a deciduous tree species whose leaves are characterised by a high content of antioxidants, which inhibit the oxidation of the LDL fraction and support the immune system. Another aspect is the positive effect on the digestive system as well as antibacterial and antiviral activity. White mulberry also helps maintain normal blood sugar levels. When brewed and drunk, the leaves form a thin layer on the intestinal wall that slows down the absorption of sugars, so they are excreted. Thanks to their flavonoid content, mulberry leaves act on microorganisms such as Salmonella paratyphi, Staphylococcus aurereus and Shigella dysenteriae.
Serving suggestion: brew like tea. Pour a glass of boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons of the dried leaves and steep covered for about 10 minutes. Let it cool before drinking and drink twice a day.
